Juvenile Reporting Center is a youth alternative to detention, graduated intervention, and diversion program. VOH began operating a JRC in 2017 as the only 5-day-a-week after-school program in Rochester (one of two JRCs in NYS) for youth on probation and/or referred through Family Access and Connection Team (FACT).
